Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase services from a consultant to provide specialized technical assistance, strategic guidance, and implementation support to Clackamas County and community partners to improve the Coordinated Entry (CE) system. The overarching goal is to ensure that Clackamas County’s CE system is accessible, client-centered, trauma-informed, racially equitable, and results in efficient prioritization and distribution of housing resources.
• Support refinement of Clackamas County’s CE goals and governance structure within the Coordinated Housing Access system.
• Provide facilitation and technical support to ensure shared understanding of CE purpose, roles, and decision-making processes.
• Support alignment with the Tri-County CE Regional Implementation Plan and ensure coordination with Metro and Homebase-led efforts.
• Strengthen meaningful engagement and leadership opportunities for individuals with lived experience.
