Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking bids for laundry, shop, kitchen, and first aid supply rental services for the CAL FIRE Happy Valley Fire Center. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, and fees to provide rental services for various laundry, shop, kitchen, and first aid supplies. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. Key requirements include: providing all necessary materials and labor, complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and maintaining the required insurance coverage.
• The contractor must be licensed to do business in California and provide proof of such.
• The contractor must have a business license or incorporation papers for their respective state, if located outside California.
• The contractor must comply with the DVBE participation requirements and provide documentation demonstrating compliance.
• The contractor must provide commercial general liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance, and commercial automobile insurance.
• The contractor must cooperate with CAL FIRE authorities and comply with all regulations presently in force on CAL FIRE grounds.
