The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 6 Dell Pro 16 Plus laptops and 6 Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Docks. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology in Crownsville, MD. The contractor must also provide pricing for the equipment and support services. The evaluation criteria for award will be based on the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price. • The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit with the bid. • The contractor must provide proof of delivery, including packing slip or delivery confirmation, and equipment serial numbers. • The contractor must email invoices to [email protected] within 10 days of delivering the equipment. • The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables for FA III (Installation Services).
