Description
The State of Colorado is seeking a design-build contractor to provide HVAC improvements for the Pueblo Hunter Education State Administrative Area building. The project includes the design, removal, and installation of a new HVAC system, as well as testing and commissioning. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete and functional system that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP. Some key features of the project include:
• Removal and disposal of the existing HVAC system
• Design and installation of a new HVAC system with evaporative cooling and natural gas heating
• Testing and commissioning of the new system
• Provision of a control center system and software
• Training and documentation for the new system
The successful contractor will be required to enter into a formal contract with the State of Colorado and will be expected to complete the project by September 1, 2026.
