Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to perform one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) visits at each of its county facilities during the July 1 – September 30, 2026 window. The work is limited to routine maintenance, filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant topping‑up, inspection documentation, and minor repairs that must be quoted and approved before execution. Contractors must hold Alabama state HVAC, gas‑fitter, and EPA Section 608 certifications, and must use a certified water‑treatment provider for the eleven counties with water‑cooled systems. Only vendors that attended the mandatory site‑visit in Round 1 are eligible to bid.
