Tomoka Farms Road Landfill Southeast Area Construction Cell I

The County of Volusia is seeking a contractor to develop a new Class I landfill area within the existing Tomoka Farms Road Landfill property. The project includes the construction of a new landfill cell and related infrastructure. The contractor will be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The estimated construction cost is $43,293,495.00. The project duration is 365 days, with substantial completion expected within 244 days.
