The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified vendor to supply double‑ground hardwood mulch for its Parks & Recreation Department on a 12‑month contract with two optional one‑year extensions. The mulch must be natural‑color, dye‑free, and free of debris; the City will pick up the material as needed, though optional delivery may be offered. Bids are to be submitted electronically by the deadline, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
