Plastic Signage Material

The City of Phoenix is seeking a vendor to provide plastic signage materials on an as-needed basis for a five-year contract. The vendor will be required to provide a variety of materials, including polycarbonate, PVC plastic, engravable plastic, foam board, and more. The vendor must have at least three years of experience providing plastic signage materials and must assign a service representative with at least two years of experience. The contract will commence on or about April 1, 2026, and the vendor must be able to deliver materials within seven calendar days of receipt of the City's purchase order. • The contract term is five years • The vendor must provide a variety of plastic signage materials • The vendor must have at least three years of experience providing plastic signage materials • The vendor must assign a service representative with at least two years of experience • The contract commencement date is on or about April 1, 2026 • The vendor must be able to deliver materials within seven calendar days of receipt of the City's purchase order
