Description
The Agency of Human Services / Department of Corrections is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide licensed Cognitive Behavioral Risk Reduction services to incarcerated individuals assessed with a moderate or high risk of reoffending. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with an option to renew for up to three additional 12-month periods. The services will be provided on-site at the Southern State Correctional Facility (SSCF) in Springfield, Vermont.
• The bidder will deliver a manualized, State-approved curriculum in a group format, in accordance with the State’s fidelity standards.
• The bidder will administer screening and assessment tools identified by the State.
• The bidder will participate in fidelity protocol management and meet with the Contract Manager and provider(s) at least quarterly to discuss performance.
• The bidder will attend PREA and ADA training and submit Certificates of Attendance to the State Contract Manager.
