Description
The Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBPUD) is requesting quotations for on-call locksmith services. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, parts, equipment, and labor necessary to provide on-call locksmith services. The scope of work includes creating and maintaining master key schedules, duplicating keys, installing and servicing locks, and providing emergency repair services. The contract shall be for a term of one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional periods of one year each.
• The contractor must be within a 30-mile radius of LBPUD.
• The contractor must provide pricing for the services requested during the term of the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• The contractor must provide insurance certificates and endorsements as required.
• The contractor must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LBPUD from any and all liability for claims for bodily injury and property damage.
