Description
The State of Delaware is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive sign services statewide, covering design, fabrication, installation, repair, and removal of interior and exterior signage, including illuminated and specialty signs. The contract will be loaded onto the State’s e‑Marketplace for future ordering, and multiple vendors may be awarded. Vendors must submit one sample per sign type, meet ADA, OSHA, and ANSI standards, and adhere to prevailing‑wage rates for applicable labor.
• Scope includes interior name plates, safety and way‑finding signs, exterior building numbers, parking, monument, ramp, entrance, and changeable‑lettering signs, plus LED and back‑lit illuminated signs.
• Vendors must provide material, fabrication, and installation cost breakdowns for each sign item and submit physical or photographic samples by the bid deadline.
• Contract term runs from September 14 2026 to September 30 2027 with up to three one‑year extensions and a short month‑to‑month extension option.
