Tree & Shrub Maintenance Services (ANC)

The U.S. Government is seeking responses to this Sources Sought Notice from all interested businesses capable of providing tree and shrub maintenance services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) and the U.S. Soldier’s and Airmen’s Home National Cemetery (USSAHNC). The services include pruning approximately 2,500 trees, removing approximately 400 trees, pruning between 11,000 and 16,000 linear feet of shrubs and hedges, and providing emergency support. The contractor will also be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing cabling and lightning protection systems, and performing approximately 3,000 hours of additional ground pruning tasks annually. • Tree pruning and removal • Shrub and hedge pruning • Emergency support • Cabling and lightning protection system installation, inspection, and repair • Ground pruning tasks • Tree planting and maintenance • Tree transplantation
