26-011 Sand, Aggregate and Crushed Stone

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for the supply of sand, aggregate, and crushed stone. The contract will be for a period of approximately 12 months, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to provide the materials loaded at the quarry on St. Charles County trucks or trucks hired by the County. The bidder must also provide hauling services, with prices divided into groups of material. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must meet the requirements of the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Arterial Highway Construction, 2020 Edition. • The bidder must provide proof of compliance with the Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act (Buy American). • The bidder must certify that they do not knowingly employ unauthorized aliens. • The bidder must provide insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, automobile, general liability, and property damage. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Missouri Sunshine Law.
