Annual SECVA Anti-Harassment Policy Distribution to Veterans

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking bids for the Annual SECVA Anti-Harassment Policy Distribution to Veterans. The contractor will be responsible for printing, folding, personalizing, assembling, and mailing approximately 6,066,383 informational sets, each consisting of a letter, brochure, and envelope. The sets must be mailed on a time-critical weekly mailing schedule. The contractor must comply with GPO Contract Terms, Quality Assurance Through Attributes Program (QATAP) requirements, U.S. Postal Service regulations, and Government security and privacy requirements for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Key aspects of the job include: • Printing four-color process, black, and Pantone 541 (blue) • Folding and assembling the sets • Mailing the sets using the Government-furnished mailing permit • Complying with all applicable regulations and requirements • Providing proofs and digital deliverables • Ensuring the security and privacy of PII
