The VA, through the GPO, seeks a vendor to produce two envelope styles for internal privacy‑act/ HIPAA communications. One style is a medium‑weight Kraft “booklet” envelope (2,000 units) and the other is a white #9 window envelope with a security tint (5,000 units). Production must use offset printing, include interior Reflex‑Blue tint, and meet GPO quality‑level 3 specifications. Finished product is to be boxed (500 per box), labeled, and shipped to the Saginaw VA Medical Center by 22 Nov 2026.
• 2,000 medium‑weight Kraft booklet envelopes (9½×12 in) – black text, Pantone 185 red accents, interior tint.
• 5,000 white #9 window envelopes (3 7/8×8 7/8 in) – black text, Pantone 280 blue logo, interior tint, with transparent window.
• Must provide electronic press‑quality PDF proof, await “OK‑to‑print” email, and supply 50 & 80 “blue‑label” copies for invoicing.
