Description
The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is seeking a concessionaire contractor to finance, design, buildout/renovate facilities, and operate and maintain Campus Style Dining Venue (CSDV) operations at six U.S. Army Garrisons. The contractor will provide nutritious food and beverage services, maintain facilities, and adhere to government regulations. The contract will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
• The contractor will be responsible for designing and building out facilities, as well as operating and maintaining them.
• The contractor will provide a variety of food and beverage options, including nutritious meals and snacks.
• The contractor will be required to adhere to government regulations, including those related to food safety and facility maintenance.
• The contractor will be expected to provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
