Engineering and Operations Organizational Review and Assessment

The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an objective, comprehensive, and proactive review of the utility’s Engineering and Operations Department functions, including operations, management, and organizational structure. The selected firm will provide a detailed, itemized Scope of Work describing their proposed approach, methodology, and project schedule. The firm will also provide information about their experience, qualifications, and relevant expertise. The proposal should include a transmittal letter, cover page, firm and project team description, proposed approach and scope of work, proposed pricing and budget, relevant project experience, and references. • The firm should have experience conducting organizational reviews for engineering departments or similar technical organizations. • The firm should have key personnel with qualifications, certifications, and relevant expertise. • The firm should provide a detailed, itemized Scope of Work describing their proposed approach, methodology, and project schedule. • The firm should provide information about their experience, qualifications, and relevant expertise. • The firm should provide references for at least three comparable projects completed within the past five years.
