Description
The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center, is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for two Primus 20" X 20" sterilizers with boilers. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment. The services will be performed at the Kayenta Health Center in Arizona. The contract will have a base period of one year with two option years. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, pricing, and delivery schedule.
• The contractor will be required to perform routine maintenance every three months.
• The contractor will be required to provide emergency call-back services.
• The contractor must test and verify all manufacturer recommendations.
• The contractor must furnish, replace, and test defective parts.
• The contractor must submit a report on the status of the sterilizers and recommendations for maintenance within two weeks of inspection.
