Description
The Lapeer Community Schools is seeking bids for the Domestic Water Replacement project. The project involves the replacement of domestic water systems, and bidders are required to submit proposals based on the requirements set forth in the project manual and construction bidding documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on October 28, 2025. Bidders are required to have a site walkthrough prior to bidding, and pre-qualification may be required. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Lapeer Community Schools on the AIA Document A132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Advisor Edition.
