Uniforms and Uniform Services

The Central Texas Council of Governments is seeking qualified vendors to provide uniforms and uniform services for use by public agencies, including cities, counties, school districts, colleges, and universities. The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years, with the option to extend for up to 3 additional one-year terms. Vendors should be able to provide high-quality, durable uniforms, apparel, and related services, including custom uniform programs, direct purchase options, rental programs, embroidery, alteration, repair, and laundering services. The contract will be available for use by all eligible public entities nationwide. • The vendor should have experience in providing uniforms and uniform services to government agencies. • The vendor should be able to provide a wide range of products, including public safety and emergency services uniforms, industrial and maintenance uniforms, administrative and professional apparel, education and student apparel, medical and health services apparel, and outerwear and accessories. • The vendor should be able to provide value-added services, including uniform rental and leasing programs, laundering and cleaning services, alterations and repairs, embroidery and logo customization, and inventory management and online ordering platforms. • The vendor should be able to provide responsive customer service and dedicated account support to 791COOP members. • The vendor should be able to maintain adequate inventory and ensure product availability throughout the contract term.
