Fairgrounds Revitalization Program – Term Contract

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) seeks one qualified firm to provide architectural and/or engineering design services for the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse. The five‑year term contract will cover rehabilitation of existing structures, design of new facilities, and related consulting services, including energy‑efficient and sustainable design, emergency response design, and potential construction management assistance. • Provide architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for fairground facilities. • Deliver design work for renovations, new construction, hazardous material remediation, and rapid‑response projects (as fast as 4 weeks). • Meet M/WBE (15 % each) and SDVOB (6 %) participation goals and comply with NYS sustainability directives (CLCPA, Buy Clean Concrete, etc.). • Submit a technical and administrative package (30‑page technical limit) via the Bid Express portal by the May 19 2026 deadline.
