The Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) is seeking qualified agencies or businesses to deliver senior nutrition meals and fee‑subsidy transportation services to elderly residents of Spokane County for the 2027 contract year. The solicitation calls for a comprehensive program that provides nutritious meals, coordinated delivery, and transportation assistance to ensure seniors can access meals and essential services.
