The current system, provided by ScheduleSource Inc., has been fully implemented and integrated into Trial Court operations. The Trial Court is looking for a vendor that can provide a similar or better platform, with the ability to support scheduling, availability management, administrative oversight, and system hosting, maintenance, and support. Interested vendors must submit a response to this notice, including a brief description of their organization and experience, a summary of their platform, a high-level implementation plan, and estimated costs. • The platform must be able to support scheduling, availability management, administrative oversight, and system hosting, maintenance, and support. • The vendor must be able to provide a high-level implementation plan, including estimated timelines, system configuration, data migration, and training considerations. • The vendor must be able to provide estimated costs for the platform and services. • The vendor must be registered in COMMBUYS and submit their response online. • The vendor must be able to maintain an active account during the duration of the contract.
