Modular Buildings, Shelters, and Structures

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is soliciting responses from qualified manufacturers, distributors, installers, and service providers of modular buildings, shelters, and structures. The selected vendors will be awarded blanket type contracts to provide these products and services to customers of the HGACBuy Cooperative Purchasing Program. The scope of work includes providing modular buildings, shelters, and structures, as well as related installation and maintenance services. Key considerations for respondents include: • The ability to provide high-quality products and services that meet the needs of H-GAC's customers • The ability to provide competitive pricing and flexible contract terms • The ability to provide excellent customer service and support • The ability to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards • The ability to provide a comprehensive warranty and maintenance program for the products and services provided.
