Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the building located at 1 & 2 Child Support Lane, Hwy 136, Memphis, MO. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, and kitchen/break room cleaning. The vendor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 8,831 square feet. The contract period is for one year, with the option to renew.
• The building is approximately 8,831 total square feet, with 33 full-time employees and 40+ visitors per week.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to environmental preferability and worker safety.
• The vendor must provide a pricing page with their bid, including all costs associated with providing the services.
• The vendor must have a contractor contact person who is able to communicate and act on behalf of the contractor and must reside within 45 miles of the building.
• The state agency may add or delete buildings or areas from the contract at any time, and the vendor must be able to adjust their services accordingly.
