Description
The Baltimore City Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of an elevator at Hampstead Hill Academy Pre-K to 8 School #047. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing elevator and the installation of a new one. The contractor will be responsible for completing the project within 365 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed letter. The project requires the contractor to demonstrate the capacity to perform the work indicated in the contract documents and to obtain all necessary licenses, insurances, and bonding for the work specified in this solicitation.

• The contractor must demonstrate compliance with the EPA's "Renovate Right" rule and provide certification, renovator certification, and worker training records.
• The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total lump sum bid price.
• The contractor must provide payment and performance bonds in the total amount of the award stated in the letter.
