Description
The County of San Mateo is seeking bids for a one-year renewal of Aruba Foundation Care. The selected vendor will provide the latest versions of HPE Foundation Care for Aruba licenses, maintenance support, technical support, and timely updates throughout the contract period. The scope of work includes providing 24/7 technical support, software maintenance, and compatibility with the County's existing HPE Foundation Care subscription for Aruba.
• The contract period is from November 15, 2025, to November 14, 2026.
• The vendor must provide comprehensive user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting documentation in electronic format.
• The vendor must offer multiple service level options under HPE Aruba Networking's enhanced support program.
• The County will evaluate bids based on the total bid price, and the lowest responsive bid will be selected.
