Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking broadband Internet Service Provider (ISP) services statewide under an all‑network‑services agreement. Vendors must already have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable Broadband ISP Technical Addendum with WaTech to be eligible. Bids must include a completed Cost Model (Excel) that details non‑recurring and monthly recurring costs, install intervals, and mandatory technical specifications; the award will be based on a “lowest‑price‑plus‑timeline” evaluation.
