SOURCES SOUGHT - Bench-top time-domain nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer (TD-NMR)

The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking information from qualified and experienced contractors capable of providing a domestically sourced Bench-top time-domain nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer (TD-NMR). The equipment must meet or exceed the specified requirements, including a 20 MHz transmitter, EMI-shielded closed housing, and a programmer frequency range of 5-65 MHz. The contractor should also provide a certified Solid Fat Content (SFC) calibration sample and an automated sample changer system. • The equipment should be compatible with Minispec software or provide an upgrade format compatible with Windows 11. • The contractor should provide onsite installation, training, testing, and verification. • The contractor should indicate whether they are a Small Business, SBA-certified HUBZone, SBA-certified 8(a), SDVOSB, or Women-Owned Small Business. • The country of origin of the proposed instrument and accessories should be specified.
