Description
The Texas A&M Forest Service is soliciting bids for the purchase of three (3) 10,000-gallon and four (4) 5,000-gallon frameless self-supporting high-side open-top collapsible water storage tanks, also called water bladders, for the purpose of supplying water to firefighting helicopters. The tanks must meet specific features such as 22oz vinyl, high side, 2 ½” female NST/NH inlet, orange in color, and heavy-duty ground cover. The bid must include shipping cost to 2850 Airport Blvd, Abilene, TX 79602.
• The bid must be received before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on April 29, 2026.
• The bid must be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Texas A&M Forest Service, Purchasing Department, 200 Technology Way, Suite 1151, College Station, TX 77845-3424.
• The Texas A&M Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any technicalities, and make an award based on the best value to the agency.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
