Description
The City of Columbus, Division of Water, is seeking a vendor to provide annual service and preventative maintenance for Getinge autoclave equipment located in the Water Quality Assurance Laboratory. The vendor must be Getinge-trained and certified and use OEM parts provided by Getinge USA Sales, LLC. The service should be equivalent to Getinge Care Premium, including annual preventive maintenance parts and labor, unscheduled maintenance, and a 98% uptime guarantee. The coverage period is from March 1st, 2026, to February 28th, 2027.
• The equipment to be serviced includes the LSS 130 / 275 (Poznan) Sterilizer PRV and PRV Integrated Boilers (30kW – 45kW) Y1.
• The vendor must provide a service equivalent to Getinge Care Premium.
• The City of Columbus is unable to contract with a business entity that is required to be registered with the Ohio Secretary of State and is not registered.
• All work shall be performed during the normal operating hours of the Water Quality Assurance Laboratory, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM through 4 PM, excluding City holidays.
