Description
The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) is seeking a contractor to implement the Box Document Management System (DMS) in its Insurance Tracking System (ITS), which will serve external and internal customers. The contractor will configure the Box DMS to support the diverse and complex document management requirements of the MIA's Business Units and external users. The contractor will also work collaboratively with the Salesforce ITS project team and MIA's stakeholders to finalize the Salesforce ITS and Box DMS solution design. Key services include:
* Deploying Box resources to set up and implement Box DMS in ITS
* Configuring Box DMS to fit the needs of the MIA
* Working collaboratively with the Salesforce ITS project team and MIA's stakeholders
* Providing comprehensive documentation and training materials
* Meeting MIA-specific implementation documentation and recording requirements
Some of the key requirements for the contractor include:
* Being an authorized Box reseller
* Having experience in implementing Box DMS in a Salesforce environment
* Providing a fully loaded fixed hourly rate for consulting services
