Janitorial Services for Broadway State Office Building

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Broadway State Office Building. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide services for the total cleanable square feet of the building. The vendor must also provide a quality assurance plan, personnel plan, and equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services. The vendor must have a minimum of two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 118,248 square feet. • The vendor must provide two Day Porter/Matrons to perform uninterrupted janitorial services during business hours. • The vendor must provide a Working Supervisor/Contractor Contact Person to oversee janitorial services. • The vendor must provide a floor care specialist to perform floor care requirements. • The vendor must provide a quality assurance plan to ensure the janitorial services meet the state agency's quality standards and expectations. • The vendor must provide a personnel plan to ensure all requirements of the RFP are met.
