The County of Clark is seeking qualified contractors to remove an existing 250 mbh Lochinvar atmospheric boiler and associated equipment, and install two new 500 mbh near‑condensing boilers with full ancillary systems. The scope includes demolition, gas service upgrades, structural concrete work, roofing, new flue vent installations, hydronic piping, control system integration with Johnson Controls, and full commissioning of the hot‑water heating system. • Remove existing boiler, pump, circulation system, gas meter, regulator, and related piping. • Install two 500 mbh boilers, new circulation pumps, gas meter/regulator, expanded concrete pad, combustion‑air louvers, and associated hydronic and electrical components. • Perform roofing repairs, flue vent installations, control system removal and integration, testing, balancing, and commissioning per contract documents.
