The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 60,000 printed copies of “The Lead – Safe Certified Guide to Renovate Right” (Sept 2011) along with a single press‑ready PDF. The work must meet detailed specifications for paper, colour, binding, barcode placement, packaging, and include 200 “Blue‑Label” sample copies with required GPO forms. Delivery is required by July 24 2026 to the Laurel, MD distribution center.
• 60,000 saddle‑stitched books (5½×8½ in., 20 pages) with full‑color covers (Pantone 207) and specified JCP paper grades.
• Vendor may use either full‑offset or full‑digital production, but the entire job must be completed with a single technology.
• Packaging: shrink‑wrap groups of 10, cartons ≤ 45 lb, barcode/ISBN placement, and inclusion of 200 random “Blue‑Label” copies with Form 917.
