Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Keysight equipment. The proposed contract action is for the supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Keysight Technologies, Inc. The contract will be for a period of 3 months from the date of award. The contractor will be required to deliver the equipment to NSWC Crane. The equipment includes solid state drive assemblies, licenses for automatic fixture removal, time domain analysis, gain-compression measurements, and intermodulation distortion measurements, as well as an Ecal Module 18 GHz 4-port and predelivery Keysight calibration.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all the required information, including pricing and delivery schedule.
• The contractor must comply with all the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the inspection and acceptance procedures.
• The contractor must provide documentation to support the quote, including summaries of work charged during the period covered and overall cumulative summaries by individual labor categories, rates, and hours invoiced.
• The contractor must comply with all the applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxation, and environmental protection.
