Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventive‑maintenance (PM) and repair services for all HVAC equipment at its county offices statewide. Work includes quarterly inspections, filter replacement (MERV 10+ pleated filters), coil cleaning, belt and motor checks, water‑treatment testing for water‑cooled systems in eleven counties, and full documentation (photos, signed inspection forms, repair quotes) on each site. All technicians must hold current Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses and EPA Section 608 certifications, and the contractor must supply a list of certified technicians at award time. The contract will be awarded on a unit‑price basis covering all labor, travel, parts, and supplies for each quarterly visit.
