BDOC HVAC Repair

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to perform HVAC repair services at building 120. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of an existing heat pump unit and associated indoor unit, as well as the installation and commissioning of a new, compatible ducted heat pump system. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to complete the project. The period of performance is expected to be 30 calendar days from the date of award. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. • The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing heat pump unit and associated indoor unit. • The contractor must install and commission a new, compatible ducted heat pump system. • The contractor must perform all work in accordance with the performance work statement and applicable laws and regulations.
