Description
The North Carolina National Guard is seeking a contractor to conduct Industrial Hygiene Surveys at six maintenance facilities in North Carolina. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, materials, supervision, and services necessary to complete the surveys. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and labor standards. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the government reserves the right to reject any quote that does not meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation.

• Conducting Industrial Hygiene Surveys at six maintenance facilities in North Carolina
• Providing all necessary personnel, materials, supervision, and services to complete the surveys
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including environmental and labor standards
• Submitting a technical proposal that addresses how the contractor intends to fulfill the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Providing past performance information, including current point of contact information, scope of work, contract number, and dates of completion
