V2X Aerospace LLC Commodities & Engineering Services Required to Maintain Support of the Florida’s T

The Florida Department of Transportation’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) is issuing a sole‑source procurement to V2X Aerospace LLC for comprehensive technical support and engineering services needed to keep its Transaction Host (TRH) environment and roadside tolling hardware/software operational for the next two years. The effort covers maintenance, repair, software updates, integration of new camera and sensor technologies, and knowledge‑transfer activities for proprietary V2X components that are critical to toll collection across the state. • Provide on‑demand technical support for V2X proprietary hardware (TIP, RCU) and software (TRH, UFM, MOMS). • Perform software defect troubleshooting, code fixes, testing, and data recovery. • Support upgrades and enhancements to OCR engines, camera APIs, vehicle detection/classification, and other emerging toll‑lane initiatives. • Deliver integration services for component obsolescence and statewide RCU deployments. • Conduct knowledge‑transfer and coordination between FDOT, consultants, and contractors. • Contract term: 2 years, with a maximum value of $5.95 million.
