Description

The County of Sacramento Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services (BHS), seeks to procure an integrated Children, Youth, and Family Full Service Partnership Wraparound (FSPW) model under a single contract. The FSPW model will integrate multiple service components into a single coordinated outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) framework delivered through the Full Service Partnership (FSP) model and consistent with Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) requirements for FSPs. Core components of the FSPW model will include outpatient SMHS, High Fidelity Wraparound, County-directed Evidence-Based Practices, and flexible services and supports. Some key points about this opportunity include: • The FSPW model will serve children, youth, and families with complex behavioral health needs. • The model will provide intensive, coordinated, community-based outpatient services. • The selected provider(s) will be responsible for delivering and coordinating all required service components within a unified outpatient specialty mental health structure. • The goal of FSPW is to establish a sustainable, high-intensity behavioral health model that stabilizes the complex needs of high-acuity youth and families. • The FSPW model will be delivered countywide, including rural and geographically isolated areas, and will incorporate collaboration with tribal partners and culturally rooted supports as a part of service delivery.

Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, considering the scope of work and the fact that the County of Sacramento is seeking a provider for an integrated FSPW model, the budget could be substantial. The contract may be valued in the millions of dollars, considering the complexity of the services required and the population being served. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of individuals served, the intensity and frequency of services provided, and the reimbursement rates for the services.
