Description
The Kansas Office of Veteran Services is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for debt collection services. The contractor will be responsible for collecting debts on behalf of the Kansas Office of Veteran Services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for the state to terminate the contract if funding is not available. The contractor will be required to provide monthly reports and maintain complete and accurate records of collection services transactions. The contractor must also comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including those related to immigration and reform, and provide certification regarding boycotts of goods or services from Israel.
