Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Complete On Demand Training Library

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive online training platform for its workforce development and compliance requirements. The platform should include a range of training libraries, including architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC), industrial power generation, and facility maintenance. The vendor will be responsible for providing, hosting, supporting, and maintaining the platform, as well as providing accredited continuing education content and technical support. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional 90 days. Key features of the platform should include: • Unlimited on-demand access to training content for all authorized users • Web-based access available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week • User account management and administrative reporting capabilities • Historical training record retention and transcript access • Course completion tracking and reporting • Certification and CEU tracking functionality • Accessible end-user technical support The vendor should also provide a designated Client Success Manager or equivalent representative for account and platform support.
