Description
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt is seeking preventive maintenance services for boilers at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt. The contract will be for one base year and four option years. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing regular quarterly preventive maintenance services for the boilers and their subsystems. The contractor must also be available 24/7 in case of emergencies and be able to undertake repairs on the same day or the following day.
• The boilers are located at the US Consulate General, Giessener Str. 30, 60435 Frankfurt, Germany.
• Four boilers are in the Consulate Office Building (COB), and two boilers are in the warehouse.
• The contractor will have access to equipment documents and previous maintenance records.
• The contractor must use company-owned electronic equipment for maintenance, calibration, and documentation purposes.
