End-of-life network system support and decommissioning

The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the continued operations of a Government-owned, hardware-based, collaborative network system to ensure uninterrupted mission service as the system components approach end-of-life and are decommissioned. The scope of work includes end-of-life network system support and decommissioning. • The system is a Government-owned, hardware-based, collaborative network system. • The system components are approaching end-of-life and need to be decommissioned. • The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with ECS Federal, LLC, but other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. • The Government does not intend to use Part 12 for this acquisition.
