Description
The Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) is seeking professional services to provide comprehensive exercise evaluation and exercise design support for the "Constant Vigilance 2026" crisis response exercise. The contractor will be responsible for executing a four-day on-site exercise evaluation and hotwashes in Okinawa, Japan. The period of performance is strictly limited to the Base Year, covering pre-exercise coordination, on-site exercise execution, and final After-Action Report and Improvement Plan deliverables.
• The contractor must provide a technical capability statement, key personnel resumes, and a firm-fixed-price travel quote.
• The contractor must have experience performing requirements of a similar scope, complexity, and operational sensitivity.
• The Government will evaluate quotations using a comparative evaluation process, considering technical capability, key personnel expertise, past performance, and price.
