Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Verizon Business Network Services LLC to furnish Telecommunications Technician Annual services. The contractor will provide professional, technical, and management support services as a Verizon Subject Matter Expert for Telephones, including scientific/engineering analysis and studies, technical support, and data management support. The services are in support of the Navy Research Lab campus-wide Verizon telephone system, both legacy and the new VoIP system. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing ad hoc phone system support
• Providing reports of trouble ticket status and resolution
• Interfacing with Verizon internal technical teams
• Attending post-award conferences or meetings convened by the DAR or COR
• Meeting periodically with the KO and COR to review the Contractor's performance
