DIR Statement of Work (SOW) for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) for Content Management Services (CMS)

The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide Records Management Services, including Document Management Services and Technology Integration. The scope of services includes content repository hosting, mobile capture and store in ECM, conversion to searchable PDF, and other related services. The contract will be for a term to be determined, with options for renewal. The successful Respondent will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a narrative proposal, technical proposal, and cost proposal. • The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, software, and personnel to perform the services. • The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to data security and confidentiality. • The Contractor will be required to provide training to DFPS staff on the use of the ECM system. • The Contractor will be required to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the ECM system.
