Description
The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services/Maryland Correctional Enterprises (DPSCS/MCE) is soliciting bids to procure Washcloths & Towels for a period of one (1) year with a one (1) year renewal option. The Washcloths & Towels will be delivered to the Maryland Correctional Enterprises, Textile Plant, Eastern Correctional Institution.
• The contract is for the supply of washcloths and towels made of 86% cotton and 14% polyester.
• The estimated quantities are 15,000 dozen washcloths and 10,000 dozen towels for the first year, with options to renew for up to three years.
• Bidders must submit a completed Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Price Form, and other required documents.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive bid price, with consideration of delivery time, conformance with specifications, and sample submission.
