Scientific equipment, supplies, and services

Washington State University is seeking proposals from suppliers capable of providing a wide breadth of scientific equipment, supplies, and related services. The university intends to award a primary provider and a secondary provider of scientific supplies, equipment, and related services as a result of this Request for Proposals. The selected supplier(s) will provide a broad range of laboratory consumables, reagents, glassware, plasticware, equipment, and related scientific products and support services through a responsive ordering process and consistent, high-quality customer service. • The contract will have an initial term of approximately five years with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. • The supplier shall assign a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the University. • The supplier must provide responsive technical support, customer service, and clear processes for handling returns, recalls, and warranty claims. • The supplier shall maintain an accurate, up-to-date electronic catalog reflecting University-specific contract pricing. • The supplier shall provide quarterly reports covering order volumes, fulfillment rates, in-stock rates, backorders, returns, and customer service metrics.
